b. Welding & process specification.
c. Painting & coating specification.
d. Pressure test & flushing.
2) The following quality records will be maintained.
a. Responsible for welding procedure process material.
& test project supervisor.
b. Post weld & heat treatment.
c. NDT testing & records.
d. Hydrostatic test & records.
e. Safety briefing or meeting by S. O.
f. Technical Meeting.
g. Inspection or Monitoring.
h. Review.
i. Back up welders, fitters, fitters, grinder, manpower,
store & stock-store keeper.
